Family Group Photos @ Wedding Dinner

I got a family Penang trip on 29th Dec till 31st Dec 2007. The main purpose of this trip is to attend one of teh far relative's wedding dinner. Early morning @ 8am, hubby and me go and pick up my parents in law and we meet aunties uncle in Tmn Desa. About 8.30am, we reached Tmn Desa and we had our breakfast somewhere near there too. Around 9.15am, we departed and start our journey. We had a stop in Ipoh to eat my favourite "Tau Foo Fa' but the time we reached, the stalls was not opened yet. Too bad... Then we continue our jorney to Penang. We had our late lunch @ Bukit Tambun together with Aunty Jenny's client. It was a delicious seafood lunch. After lunch, we go straight to our Condo in Penang. Hubby go wrong the way, and we spent up some time to get to the Condo @ Tanjung Bunga. We reached about 4pm. We take a rest there, then we go to gurney drive to have our dinner.

After dinner, we went to the relatives house for a gathering before the wedding somewhere in Sungai Dua. We went home quite late and after facial, I go to bed straight but hubby was chatting with my uncle till 5am. Haha:) What a tired Day for him!! The next day, we woke up at about 8.30am, we take turns to use the bathrooms and we leave the Condo at about 9.15am. Firstly we went to gurney for our breakfast. Then we go to the relative house again. There are having tea ceremony for the elder.

But surprisingly, we both also got to drink the tea and of coz need to give them ang pao lor. OMG! we both didnt prepared for that la..So troublesome that day. "Pai seh....." After the ceremony we went to Air Hitam somewhere near "kek lok shi" to eat Asam Laksa.

After that, we went to Penang Road to eat Famous Chendul. Eating the delicious chendul under the hot sun but really nice..This Chendul stalls had been started their business since 60 years ago. Already 3 generation. Must Try!!!! Really a nice Chendul!!

After eat, we go Ghee Hiang to buy some biscuts as souvenirs and we go back to condo for refreshment before we go for the wedding dinner. Before the wedding, we were told there are having 138 tables. We got aa shock on that too.!!!! But we we arrived, we counted table by table, it doesnt have so much tables but also about 100 tables lor. The hall is really small, the hall decorated with ballon and lighting. But I can say it is not nice..:) We were arranged to be seated in front. OMG!! Our table is so near the speaker. We were like went to disco and not a wedding dinner. There had 6 lion dances, dragon dances performances, singing performace and etc. When they coming in, they were leaded by the lions, and also both parents walked in together. The food is not nice!! The Dinner ended around 10.30pm where started 8.30pm. No happenning moments and all of us cannot chat coz it was too noisy. Haha:)

On 31st Dec 2007, I woke up about 8.30am, we go out for breakfast before we leave Penang and back to KL. We ate Chendul again! We found the delicious Char Koay Teow @ Lorong Selamat. But really expensive! RM 7.50 per plate. But nice!!! I Like it!! After That, we go to Seri Tanjung Penang where the contruction side is done by my dad company. We went to see the show house. OMG my dream house la. Super damn Nice! Haha:) Hope my dream can come true.
