Singapore Trip

Initially we only decided to go for a short trip 2D1n only. But end up, Aunty Jenny said why not extend another night so that no need rush back to KL. Then we checked with the hotel we booked - Grand Paragon, is it possible for us to extend. Luckily there is a room so we extended another night.

Day 1

We leave KL on 10th Sept 2010 @ 7am. It was a cool and raining morning. The journey was so smooth as no traffic at all. We stop by @ Pagoh R&R for a breakfast. Then we reached JB Hotel around 12pm and we able to check in. A big room (Deluxe Twin) - There are 2 Queen Beds and big spaces for Sheyanne to run around.

We then headed to custom for Singapore entry. There was a long traffic from Woodlands custom and we spent 2 hours + to reach Singapore Orchard Road. 1st time driving in to Singapore and lucky CY borrowed me the GPS. Otherwise I think we will lost!

All of us are very hungry and we went to Ding Tai Fung for a late lunch. After convert the currency, the meal is really expensive is about RM 250 ++ but if without conversion, the price just almost the same as KL. Sheyanne was getting excited and run here and there in the shopping malls. I met Connyee to get the Barney show tickets. Thanks for helping me to get the tickets. :)

After that, we had our dinner @ ION mall, Imperial Treassure. Wah! This meal really expensive! The food is nice though but I dun think worth that price. It cost us RM350! OMG! Singapore food is really costly! Only a simple dinner.

We left Singapore around 10.30pm and we reached our hotel around 12am. Sheyanne was slept when we were on the way back. She was very tired coz she got no taking her nap. But all of us also damn tired especially hubby & FIL. They mainly only look after Sheyanne while we were shopping.

Day 2

We need to rush for our show @ 11am so we had our breakfast near by our hotel. By the time we reach Singapore Expo Hall, the show was just about to start. Good timing, while we were in the hall enjoying our show, the rest of them went for Adidas warehouse sale to shop till our show ended. Haih......Aunty Jenny is really a shopholics... Haha:)

Space Adventure

Sheyanne was very excited for the show, no cry when she saw the big real Barney. Haha:) After the show, we headed back to Orchard road again. Sheyanne had her nap a while in car when we are on the way. Then we had our lunch in Ajisen Ramen in Takashimaya. The meal is great but i not sure the total bill coz I m not the one who paid. Haha:)

After lunch, we accompanied Aunty Jenny shop till night. Damn tired and I got no mood to shop coz my legs is very pain already but still we still following her. There were a Lion Dance competition there and Sheyanne was so enjoyed the show. Hubby and FIL accompanied the little one for the Lion Dance while the ladies following Aunty Jenny for shopping and we look for a table of seats for our dinner in the food court @ Takashimaya. Due to everyone already tired and we do not want to walk so far anymore. :)

After dinner, we wanted to go back already but seems Aunty Jenny still not yet finished her shopping. Haha:) But we leave around 9.30pm + and go back for Hotel. Sheyanne made her "cake" when we were on the way back. After her "cake" done, she falled asleep on my shoulder already. So we only cleaned and bath her when we reached Hotel. She cried so loudly and unhappy when we want to clean her as we woke her up from her sleep. She was just too tired.

After a while, gave her milk then she sleep in comfortable attired. All of us had a good sleep though the night coz everyone were tired like hell already!

Day 3

We woke up around 8am + and take turns to use the bathroom and we went down for our breakfast in Hotel. After breakfast, we went to the swimming pool, Sheyanne just jump in to the pool without her swimwear. She likes to play with water but she was shy shy coz she saw others ppl all wearing swimwear.

We leave our Hotel around 11.45am and headed to Melaka for lunch. It was about 2pm+ when we reached Melaka. Had the chicken rice ball meal where my clients took me there. But my MIL dun like the chicken rice ball. Haha:) For me, I alone can finished 15 rice balls. After that, Aunty Jenny bring us to buy a very famous Popiah. Crunchy but there were a long queue. We ordered 13 pcs and need to wait for 45 minutes. OMG..! We take our way to look for the Coconut shake which Aunty Jenny highly recommended but the stall was closed while waiting for the Popiah.

Then we take our way all the way back to home. We reached our home sweet home around 7pm..I m super tired and pains all around me. Sat too long in the car already. We just ate our light dinner with porridge then go home and sleep.

A unforgetable Singapore trip. Sheyanne is happy with the Barney show & the Lion Dance. Next trip should visit Sentosa and Universal Studio and no more shoppingsssss.
