Learned this idea from a friend who sharing with me. :) Put the uncooked mee / soba / spagetti on the sausage to cook normally. I used the soba as the hair. New & easy way to cook differently.

Today I tried again with daddy recipe for the sauce. Decorated a Tofu as Little Girl head and a quail egg as the body. It is just simple and easy.

Girly Salty Bitter Gourd Bento

Bought the bitter gourd sometimes. Due to everyone is having cough recently, hubby said better do not cook fried food. Today finally Ann is recovered. Last night, hubby prepared and deep fried it. It was really yummy as it is crispy! But this morning when I make it hot again. It doesn't taste crispy anymore. Guess Ann do not like it coz it is watery wet wet feel.

Once I m home at night, Ann question me how come the bitter gourd not crispy. It doesn't taste nice. She do not like "lum bek bek" food. :) She prefer crispy food. :) So next time I have to deep fried in the morning? but how to keep it dry and crispy until the time she dine at school??

Cheerleading Bento

Today we are having a short trip to Malacca. I prepared a cheerleading Macaroni Bento for Ann. :) Hubby done the bake ham flower with bread and cheesy eggs as snacks. :) Ann so surprised with the bento. I feel so happy with the result too. 

I used cheese for the girl face & hand. The hair (nori)  is stick on the cheese so that it can last longer. The girl Tee is using the butterfly mould to cut from. Holding a flower (carrot) . Then add on some more details for the face expression. The sunny hard boiled egg with ham. :)

Girl Soba

May be due to hardworking and more practice of making bento. I got some interesting idea. Today I tried to make a girl bento. Using soba as the girl hair. The soba is soaked with the soy sauce cooked with olive oil. Ann loving it so much also. For the face, I use hard boiled egg. Cut into half then add in some details for the face expression. For side dishes, I made the crab stick & cheese roll.
