Hokkaido Trip (Sapporo)

We reach Sapporo around lunch time. From Lake Toya to Sapporo is just about an hour train journey. After reached, we headed to our hotel to drop off our luggage before we go for other attractions spot. Our booking check in time is 18.00.

Price: 6,000 yen/ night (2 pax)

Our hotel connect to the JR station so it is very convenient for us. No need to walk under the snow so much. :) After drop of the lugagge, we had our lunch @ the shops inside the JR station. :) Small restaurant. Yummy lunch as all of us is so hungry & tired.

After lunch, we need to walk some distance to Sapporo Clock Tower. We didn't enter and just snap some photos in front the hot spot there. It was light snow along the way & Jayne also nap inside stroller. Luckily Ann is so good girl and willing to walk on her own. She was just excited walking under snow but just her speed is slow!

Then we proceed to Sapporo TV Tower. There suppose is a park but now is winter and all covered by thick thick white snow. We stop by to take some photos again there. Nice place but just a bit cold!

Lastly we proceed to Koibito Chocolate Factory & Park. This is a very nice place to visit. The Entrance fees is 600yen per pax. Worth to pay for it. We love this park so much. In the evening, the lighting and music is on. Ann is so excited. :) When we are about leave to head for our dinner - crab meal buffet, Jayne already fall asleep again. :)

The dinner cost 5,250 yen per pax. My sis had done the booking earlier on. So we got our seats very fast. The  meal already prepared on the table as we arrived. Although is buffet style, but we got no more addition order again after we finished the food on table. All of us is so so full already. It was so fresh & yummy! Thumbs up......

After the full dinner, we headed back t o our hotel. Since still very early, after shower the monster. My sis brought us to the near by souvenirs shop to get some souvenirs before we left Hokkaido. It was the last night we stay in Hokkaido. Tomorrow we need to fly back to Tokyo again.:) I just managed to get some potatoes snacks and limited edition melon chocolates and candy. After all, I regret I grab so little. :(

Our flight is 7am in the morning and we need to woke up at 4am to prepare for boarding. The earliest train to airport is 6am. We all stand by @ JR train station by 5.45am. After we arrived @ Tokyo, we need to say good bye to my SIL, aunt & cousins. They are leaving on 22nd March where my parents & us will stand back untill 29th March. We will attend my sis convo later. :)

On Train

Its only about 2 hours from Hakodate to Lake Toya. We reached Lake Toya around 4pm. Taken a bus from JR station to our Onsen Resort. Unfortunately my mom fell down from the slippery floor in front of the hotel. Everyone seems no mood already. She broke her hand & visited a normal clinic doctor. The bill was so expensive (30,000 yen).

While waiting my sis bring her to see doctor with the hotel staff, we then check in our room. The resort is very nice and we have very big room as 5 of us in a room. We had think so much before they back from doctor. Worried my mom is too hurt and need to end our trip from here. Sob...Sob...

After sometime, they were back. We decided to courier the luggage back to my sis place so that can travel easily as my mom can't take or lift things. She hurt her left hand. By the way, our Hokkaido trip is going to end soon.

Our dinner is served and had it as buffet style in hotel. A very full and many choices of buffet dinner. Yummy! Yummy! After the dinner, we then headed back to our room to change and get ready for our desired onsen. It was not my 1st naked onsen experienced but it was 1st for the rest.

Great experience having the hot spring under the snow @ outdoor hot spring. It was really a great experience. Love it so much. Due to with Jayne together, I didn't get in for long time. Jayne skin was like so red and well done. Same to Ann, her cheek is just like red tomatoes. Cute! She loves onsen too. :) hot & cold water are doesn't matter to her. :)

This hotel is the most expensive among all but i feel it is ok with the price as the breakfast & dinner is included. We got Japanese tatami room. After onsen, the two lil one is tired. Very soon they got into their sweet dream. My sis & SIL still browsing the Internet through wifi @ hotel lobby.

A buffet breakfast is served in hotel again. While waiting for check out, we are out to our hotel near by to walk walk. Ann is out without a jacket & play snow somemore. So daring girl! She loves snow so much! Had so much fun with snow. Jayne also 1st time on snow. Normally she will be in stroller or I carrying her. The weather is nice!

After check out, we then need to walk some distance to the bus stop to get a bus to the JR station to travel to next destination : SAPPORO.

Hokkaido Trip (Hakodate)

Visited: Hakodate Ropeway

We taken about 3 hours + to reach Hakodate. This train is very full. All of us had been squeeze @ one corner. Ann on stroller as she not feeling well. She vomited. She sleep after sometime. I and Jayne after standing sometime, also felt so tiring. I hunt for a seat for myself. After some station stops, some people were gone, then I reserved some seat for the rest. Everyone seem tiring. Jayne also in nap after some fun. Between, we need to transfer train. Ann was vomited again. My sis brought me & hubby + Jayne to get a new pair of shoes. This is because hubby shoes already wet and cannot stand for wet snow.

We reached Hakodate in the evening. The distance of the JR Station to our hotel is super near. Just few steps down. Then we headed to our Ropeway for night view. Strong wind & very very cold @ the mountain up there. Photos hardly taken clearly. Sheyanne not feeling well is another issue. She is fussy on these 2 days. :( After the ropeway, we took cab (about 700 yen/cab) to restaurant for dinner. We need 3 cabs to fit all of us. The dinner taste good! Again 4 of us sharing the order which cost about 6,000 yen.

Aunt asked us to feed her fever medicine. After dinner, we feed her @ room. Hope she is fine & can recover as soon as possible.

Visited: Hakodate Morning Market

It was heavily snow again in the morning. We hided long time in the market. Temperature inside the market is 4'C but outside with strong wind & snowing. That very very cold outside. We keep on eat eat eat inside the Hakodate Market.

Supposed we want to visit the red brick house but due to time limitation & strong snow, we had to give up. We then need to proceed to next station : Lake Toya. We had our lunch @ the JR station. After the lunch, they went back hotel to collect the luggage, since the distance is very near. My mom and I waited @ the station together with my kids.

We then taken sometimes while waiting the time for boarding to take photos outside the station. Strong wind & snow made my girls so happy & excited. :) They love cold weather so much. :) Next Destination: LAKE TOYA.
