2D1N Malacca Trip

Malacca is a place which I travel very often for business. Working as a Sales Exec and I need to cover up to Malacca area. I used to be travel almost once a week. But to my family they missed this place so much and my kids not even been there before.

So we decided to have a short trip on the weekend. Total we are having 8 adults & 2 kids in this trip. The room is quite big. All of us satisfied with it. Coz everyone have enough place to sleep. Not like last time trip, normally we all squeeze in one room. :)

Hotel: Beuford (Near Mahkota medical Centre)
Room: 2x Family Suite
Price: RM328/room

We departed from KL around 11am. Had a brunch in Sri Petaling before our journey. Kids were sleep along the journey half way. We reached our destination around 1.30pm+. We headed to the jonker street for a walk & tea break (Baba Laksa & Nyonya Asam Laksa) @ jonker88. I quite like the Baba Laksa but the rest of them just said the taste so so only. Not much special.

It was really hot and sunny afternoon. We all with our sunglasses and umbrella. We all sweat so much. We stopped by at a accessories shop. Ladies were busy choosing. Ann also got some. :) I seldom wear accessories to work or outing but still I got 3 for myself too. The whole shop is selling 3 for RM10. Sound cheap. Its very handmade craft items.

After that, we walked back to the St. Paul Church. Photo shooting and Ann enjoyed jumping to take photos now. She is so cute and Jayne also wanna learning to follow big sister action. They are really cheeky and funny. Ann cheek is so red due to hot. After that, we brought kids for the tricycle ride. It is their 1st tricycle ride. They both was so curious and exciting. :)

It was about 4pm already. Then we check in to our hotel. Let the kids have some fun at the in house jacuzzi and a nice bath before we headed out for dinner. :) We had a simple dinner at Restaurant Pei King near by our hotel. After dinner, we proceed to the Menara Taming which requested by Ann when we were on tricycle ride in the afternoon.

After then, we go for the river cruise too. The queue is quite long and kids is exciting waiting. Jayne was very tired already while on river cruise. Too bad to satisfied jie jie after cruise only we go back to the hotel for rest. Both kids were very soon get into their sweet dream after shower.

Everyone woke up late after a tiring day last night. We had booked our lunch at Amy Heritage for Nyonya lunch at 12.30pm very near distance from our hotel and it was recommended by my ex-collegues - Eugene who is from Malacca Home Town. Before that, we had the chicken rice ball at the jonker street there. We just order very small portion since the time is near our lunch time around 10.45am.

After the late breakfast, we went back to the accessories shop to exchange some defect item which we bought yesterday. :) Then we headed back to our lunch. Really thumbs up for all the recommended dishes. Sure we will be back next time. :)

Then our journey ended after lunch and headed back to KL.
